Role Overview
The Lead Instructional Designer will spearhead creative design solutions, oversee project lifecycles, mentor a team of designers, and engage directly with clients. You’ll have the opportunity to deliver innovative and interactive learning experiences while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Creative Leadership:
  • Design and develop engaging and effective learning solutions, such as gamified experiences, escape rooms, and interactive modules.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored instructional design solutions.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage instructional design projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality results within budget.
  • Team Mentorship:
  • Mentor and guide instructional designers, fostering creativity and professional development.
  • Provide feedback and hold team members accountable for achieving goals.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Represent the team in client meetings, articulating ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across various industries.
  • Innovation:
  • Utilize tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Beyond to create engaging content.
  • Enhance traditional delivery formats (e.g., Word, PowerPoint) with creative elements to elevate learning experiences.
Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of instructional design experience, preferably in an agency or vendor setting.
  • Proven expertise in creating interactive and innovative learning solutions.
  • High creativity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Broad experience across various industries, with some corporate exposure preferred.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Beyond).
  • Growth mindset, curiosity, and adaptability to new technologies.
