About the Role
We are partnering with a reputable insurance brokerage in Boca Raton, FL, seeking a driven and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager. In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for clients, providing expert guidance, personalized service, and tailored insurance solutions. You will manage client relationships while contributing to the agency’s growth through cross-selling and referrals. What You’ll Do
  • Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Policy Management: Oversee the entire policy lifecycle, including quoting, binding, renewing, and reviewing coverage.
  • Consultative Service: Recommend coverage adjustments and additional policies based on evolving client needs.
  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate client records, process policy changes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Sales and Business Development: Drive growth by cross-selling additional policies and generating referrals from current clients and industry partners.
  • Task Management: Stay organized with timely follow-ups and precise documentation of all interactions.
  • Training & Development: Mentor new team members and support their development as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 3+ years of personal lines customer service and insurance production experience.
  • Licensing & Education: A valid 2-20 or 20-44 license is required; industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in insurance products, industry terms, and agency management systems.
  • Sales Ability: A results-driven individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
